Please charge the fitness tracker for 10 minutes when it arrives. And the fitness tracker only needs to be charged for 1-2 hours and the fitness tracker will be fully charged. If you have charged the fitness tracker for a long time, the battery life of the fitness tracker will be short.
Separate the main body and the strap, you will see the metal pins and put the metal pins into USB port then the it will charge, before you charge, please clean the pins so that they will fully touch with your charging ports, there will be a charging icon on the screen, if not, please change the charger to the opposite direction or change the USB charging port to try again.
